Carrie, our founder/owner, has been teaching Lagree for 14 years. Her passion for fitness started young and grew over time. After a back injury prevented high-impact exercise, Carrie focused on learning and teaching safe techniques. Her journey led her to Pilates and Barre, but it wasn’t until she discovered Lagree Fitness that she found a workout both effective and challenging. Returning to her hometown with her husband and two children, she knew she had to bring Lagree to the community she loves.
Carrie is passionate about changing the way people feel about themselves. She believes that when you speak kindly to yourself, you show up kinder to others. Beyond building strength, Carrie is committed to creating a space where everyone feels welcome, connected, and empowered—helping people thrive not only physically, but emotionally and mentally. It’s all about feeling good inside and out.
